Install and uninstall Zoom integration

Use this guide to connect Zoom to CatchApp Bookings, assign Zoom to event types, and disconnect it cleanly if your setup changes.

Install Zoom

  1. Sign in to your CatchApp Bookings dashboard.
  2. Open Integrations and go to the video conferencing section.
  3. Select Zoom and continue to the Zoom authorization screen.
  4. Approve the requested Zoom permissions and return to CatchApp.
  5. Once connected, edit an event type and select Zoom as the meeting location.

Use Zoom with event types

  • Choose Zoom on the event type location field after the integration is connected.
  • Publish or update the event type so new bookings generate Zoom meeting details automatically.
  • Review confirmation and reminder templates if you want Zoom details included in attendee communications.

Uninstall Zoom

  1. Return to Integrations inside CatchApp Bookings.
  2. Disconnect the Zoom integration.
  3. Update any event types that still rely on Zoom and switch them to another supported location.
  4. If needed, remove the CatchApp app connection from Zoom’s marketplace or account settings.
