How to control your E-mail Reminders

How to turn on and off the email reminders that you and your attendees receive before upcoming appointments.

How to set up

1. Login into your account

2. Go to the Settings Page. Click E-Mail Reminders

Turn on or off on either option and click Apply to save changes.

Tip: If you have an influx of emails, it’s recommended to use our SMS reminders instead and turn off these options.
