Google may show calendar invitations as coming from an unknown sender when it cannot fully trust the sender, domain or connected calendar permission path.
Things to check
- Reconnect Google Calendar in CatchApp so permissions are refreshed.
- Confirm the correct Google account is connected.
- Check that calendar invites are being created on your own calendar rather than an old or shared calendar.
- Ask attendees to mark the sender as trusted if their Google settings are strict.
- Check whether your domain has SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured if emails are sent from a custom domain.
If it continues
Disconnect Google Calendar, clear any old CatchApp app permission from your Google account security settings, then reconnect the integration and create a fresh test booking.
