Reconnect Microsoft Account After 6 Months

Microsoft calendar connections can require re-authorisation after a period of time or when permissions change. Reconnecting refreshes CatchApp access to your calendar.

Reconnect Microsoft

  1. Open CatchApp Bookings.
  2. Go to integrations or calendar settings.
  3. Find Microsoft Calendar, Outlook or Office 365.
  4. Disconnect the existing account if it is no longer working.
  5. Connect it again and sign in with Microsoft.
  6. Approve the requested permissions.
  7. Confirm which calendar should be checked for conflicts and where bookings should be added.
  8. Create a test booking.
If your organisation manages Microsoft permissions centrally, an administrator may need to approve the app again.
