Microsoft calendar connections can require re-authorisation after a period of time or when permissions change. Reconnecting refreshes CatchApp access to your calendar.
Reconnect Microsoft
- Open CatchApp Bookings.
- Go to integrations or calendar settings.
- Find Microsoft Calendar, Outlook or Office 365.
- Disconnect the existing account if it is no longer working.
- Connect it again and sign in with Microsoft.
- Approve the requested permissions.
- Confirm which calendar should be checked for conflicts and where bookings should be added.
- Create a test booking.
If your organisation manages Microsoft permissions centrally, an administrator may need to approve the app again.
