If the attendee should choose or provide the meeting location, add a question to the booking form and make it required.
How to collect attendee location
- Open the event type you want to edit.
- Go to questions, booking form or invitee questions.
- Add a custom question such as “Where would you like to meet?” or “Please provide the address for this appointment.”
- Set the question as required if the answer is needed before the booking can be confirmed.
- Save the event type and test the booking page.
Recommended wording
- For a phone call: “What phone number should we call?”
- For an in-person meeting: “Please enter the meeting address.”
- For flexible meetings: “Would you prefer phone, video call or in person?”
