How Can You Have Attendees Input Their Location

If the attendee should choose or provide the meeting location, add a question to the booking form and make it required.

How to collect attendee location

  1. Open the event type you want to edit.
  2. Go to questions, booking form or invitee questions.
  3. Add a custom question such as “Where would you like to meet?” or “Please provide the address for this appointment.”
  4. Set the question as required if the answer is needed before the booking can be confirmed.
  5. Save the event type and test the booking page.

Recommended wording

  • For a phone call: “What phone number should we call?”
  • For an in-person meeting: “Please enter the meeting address.”
  • For flexible meetings: “Would you prefer phone, video call or in person?”
