Typical setup
- Connect CatchApp Bookings to Monday.com from the integrations area.
- Choose the Monday.com board where bookings should appear.
- Map booking fields to board columns, such as name, email, date, time, event type and notes.
- Create Monday.com automations based on the new item or status changes.
- Make a test booking and confirm the item appears on the board.
Automation examples
- When a booking is created, notify the account owner.
- When a meeting date arrives, move the item to Today.
- When a booking is cancelled, update the status to Cancelled.
