How to manage changes
- Open the Monday.com item created from the booking.
- Check the booking date, time and status columns.
- If the attendee reschedules through CatchApp, confirm the new date and time have synced to Monday.com.
- If the attendee cancels, update or confirm the status is set to Cancelled.
- Use Monday.com automations to notify the owner when a booking changes.
